Cinnamon's Story

Cinnamon is a lovable, people-adoring girl who brings warmth and charm everywhere she goes. While she may look like a high-energy pup, she actually has a wonderful “off switch” and settles beautifully once she’s had a little playtime or attention. She’s the perfect mix of playful fun and easy companionship.

Cinnamon’s Best Qualities:
• Extremely friendly with everyone she meets
• Loves playing with toys — especially anything squeaky
• Cat friendly
• Crate trained and settles well
• Sensitive and sweet-natured — she bonds deeply and responds best to calm, gentle handlers
• Great ability to relax and chill after play

Not Her Favorite Things:
• Other dogs (she prefers to be your one-and-only pup)
• High-pressure situations — she thrives with patience and reassurance

Her Ideal Home:
Cinnamon would shine in a home where she can be the center of attention and feel safe with a calm, confident person. CoDa Canine Obedience's Adoption Policy
We require an initial meet and greet after the applicant has filled out our application. After the meet and greet we schedule socialization days with the other dogs in the home. On these days, the adopter would drop their pets off at our facility for us to work on relationship building with the new dog being adopted. From there we then do 2 - 3 private lesson at our facility to show the new owners what their new companion has learned while being with us. We then schedule an inhome visit where we go to them with their new dog and do a lesson in the home. After that lesson we leave the dog with them and schedule a follow up lesson 2 weeks after the dog went home.
