We use a google form. An applicant must be over 18 and needs two personal references, a vet reference if appropriate, and a discussion with a team member to help make the best match for yourself as well as the animal.

To support any local animal surrenders and provide education to school age children about rescue. To coordinate with down south shelters pulling pups on the euthanasia list.
