Cindy's Story

Hi pals!
I'm Cindy, and I'm ready to love you furever!

I'm a 3.5-year-old, 40-pound Shepherd mix with a heart as big as my ears (and trust me, my ears are pretty impressive). My story started on the streets, where I was doing my best to care for my babies all on my own. Thankfully, a kind soul rescued us before anything bad could happen. Since then, I've been spayed, vaccinated, and showered with love-and now I'm dreaming of finding my forever family.

I've been waiting almost a year for my person (or pack), but I just know my perfect match is out there. I'm a total sweetheart-dog, cat, and kid friendly! I adore being around people, whether we're going for walks, playing in the yard, or snuggling up on the couch. I just want to be part of the family fun.

I'm also potty and crate trained, and I don't have separation anxiety-so I'm just as happy chilling solo when you're busy. I do get a little excited when I see other pups on walks, but that's only because I'm eager to make new friends!

People say I'm gentle, loving, and full of joy-basically, the pawfect companion. Some even say I'd make an amazing emotional support dog because I'm so tuned in to my humans' feelings.

If you've got kids, another playful pup, or simply a little extra space in your heart, I'm ready to fill it with tail wags, happy dances, and endless kisses.

To complete an adoption application please visit
https://anlcf.org/available-dogs/

Applicants are typically contacted within two to three days from submission.
