Cindy's Story

*Courtesy Post* Reach out to (720) 296-2099 for more information or to meet Cindy.

Here is a what her foster mom has to say: “Cindy was super shy but opened up to me quickly! She is very attached to her human (me). Loves to follow me around, learns quickly, got used to indoor living fast, loves her crate, turns into a playful happy girl! Gets a long great with my 2 dogs (11 and 1 year)
Has lots of energy, fast runner, good on leash, hunting drive after whatever moves but always comes back! For sure some healer in her. Good with my cat inside but wants to chase him outside, but doesn’t hurt him. A little strong NO and she listens! Still suspicious with strangers but gets better every time. I think ideally a more quiet home with active humans who like to hike would be perfect.

Rez Dog Rescue of Montana's Adoption Policy
As the voice of pup/dogs that we rescue and take into our care, our goal is to find them loving furever homes where they become cherished family members. We require homes with fenced yards (acreage in the country will be approved on a case by case basis). At the time of adoption, we require an adoption contract to be signed with the agreement of proper vet care, basic needs being met and the safety of the dog. Meet and greets with the dogs in our care must be pre-arranged through the foster homes since we do not have a shelter. Please contact foster families through individual petfinder ads we have listed. We require in person adoptions. We do not ship or transport. The person or persons who are responsible for and are raising the dog must adopt in person with us.
