CIDER's Story

Cider is a little Dervish!
She is approx. 2 1/2 years old and weighs a whopping 7lbs.
She as a surrendered because her owner was having some medical issues and could no longer care for her.
We were told she is a Patterdale Terrier. Very possible but maybe a min pin. What we are sure of is she is a little silly girl! She loves to spin when she is excited or thinks she is getting a treat or her dinner. The more excited she is the fast and smaller circles she does. It is just her way. Hence the dervish! Not a neurological issue(as per vet) and she walks perfectly fine. She does well with other dogs of various ages, sizes, male or female. She is OK with cats but curious. She kind of nags at them but isn't hurting them. She is also good with children that she her respect.
She loves to sit on your lap and hang out and cuddle. Watch the tube and read with you. She is not a barker. Yes, we will bark when carrying on and playing with the other dogs in her foster home. Some times she will alert bark.
She likes taking her walks since she is learning to walk on leash. Meal time is a great thing! Treat time she will spin and then stand on her back feet. That is her form of "sit".

If this little drevish sounds like your kind of gal, please visit our website and fill out an adoption application. Once processed we will set up a meet and greet.

#5506
