Cider's Story

Cider is a sweet, young, medium-sized girl with a loving heart and an energetic spirit. She plays beautifully with other dogs and makes an excellent playmate for canine friends who enjoy an active buddy. Cider does well on a leash, has decent recall, and shows just how smart she is by quickly figuring out interactive toys.

She's motivated by both food and toys, making her a joy to train, and her eagerness to please really shines through. Cider is affectionate, bright, and always ready for her next adventure or play session. If you're looking for a fun, loving, and intelligent companion who will keep up with you and your dog crew, Cider might be your perfect match.Big Paws of the Ozarks is a foster-based dog rescue in Northwest Arkansas. Big Paws of the Ozarks's Adoption Policy
All adopters must fill out an application on our website with all necessary information. From there, our staff will conduct a phone interview and answer any questions regarding the dog or the adoption process. Once approved, a meet and greet is scheduled with the family, dog, and dog's foster family. This is the time where other pets can be introduced. If the meet and greet goes well, we can send the dog in a trial adoption for a few days to make sure it is a perfect fit for everyone. From there the adoption is finalized through payment of the adoption fee and transferring of vet records.
