Cici is an adorable little Chihuahua mix we believe...she was rescued hours before she was due to be put to sleep. Her breed is just an estimate based on her size and appearance. She is a super sweet little girl who wants nothing more than to sit in a lap and get loved...but she also has her playful side that loves to play with other dogs.
