Chyna - very smart!'s Story

Chyna is a sweet little pit bull mix who loves people and to be showered with attention (but is sometimes wary of strange men). She is house and crate trained and knows some basic obedience skills. Chyna is very strong and athletic, and she needs an active person who will have patience with her and continue to work with and socialize her. She loves to play ball, but has a bad knee so low impact exercise is best - walking. Chyna listens well, is food motivated and is very smart. She has some allergy issues which are controlled with daily medication. Chyna needs to be an "only dog" in the home and would do best in a quiet home. Welcoming a pet into your home is a commitment of time, patience, money and love. You should think very carefully and do your research before adopting any animal. Rescued Tails Animal Sanctuary spays / neuters all companion animals before adoption. All animals are vaccinated, dewormed, heartworm tested (dogs), feline leukemia tested (cats) and microchipped. If you find an animal that you are interested in on our web site please call, or e-mail us, and we will gladly tell you more about that special animal. Our experienced volunteers will help you select a companion animal that will fit your personality and lifestyle. We want you to experience a rewarding, lifetime relationship with your new companion. If you find a furry friend you wish to adopt, you will fill out an adoption application and send it back to us. We will then process your application and a home visit will be set up. At the time of adoption you will fill out an adoption contract and pay the adoption fee.
