? EMERGENCY PLEA FOR CHURRO ?
We need a foster this week and ultimately a forever home willing to love him the way he deserves.
Some dogs carry stories on their small shoulders that no puppy ever should.
Churro is one of them.
Churro was surrendered to us after his owner suffered a sudden aneurysm. In September, we believed we found the right adopter—a patient person who promised to give him the time and space he needed.
But now…
After only two months, she says he’s “too shy.”
She says she “resents him.”
And she wants to return him immediately.
Let us be absolutely clear: CHURRO IS NOT AGGRESSIVE. Not at all.
He is simply shy, gentle, and still working through the trauma of everything he’s already survived in his short life.
