Chowder wants to be his happy self. He wants to love, but spending his days in a kennel is taking a toll. The loud environment around him is getting to him, and he spends the day barking in his kennel, and waiting to be let out. <br/>Once he's out of his kennel, Chowder is super loving, playful, and goofy. He's great on leash, loves playing with toys, knows sit, and is extremely affectionate towards people. While he's been here, he's been paired up with multiple doggy roommates, so we know that he has the potential to live at home with other dogs. <br/>Chowder needs someone to give all his love to, and urgently needs a break from the shelter.
