Chopper's Story
GEORGE & CHOPPER: Their foster mother calls these 6-year-old purebred Cocker Spaniels the “nicest darn dogs on the planet.” Affectionate, well-behaved, and playful, they love everyone, and both love to go for walks and to play with toys.

Although both happy, friendly dogs, they are subtly different: George is the strong, silent (figuratively speaking) type who has perfected the adoring gaze and only wants to be with you. Chopper, pictured here, is the man-about-town clown who is more of a party animal. If you sit down, George gently puts his head in your lap; Chopper sits in your lap.

These bonded brothers must be adopted together. No young kids, but they would love to be placed with older kids. They are used to cats.

Like all WAG animals, George and Chopper are neutered and fully up-to-date on vet care. WAG only accepts applications from New Hampshire residents and from residents of communities in Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts that are on the New Hampshire border. If you are interested in applying to adopt George and/or Chopper, a WAG adoption application can be found at http://www.wearewag.org/adopt.htm.
