Chopper, pictured here, is the man-about-town clown who is more of a party animal. If you sit down, George gently puts his head in your lap; Chopper sits in your lap. <br/><br/>These bonded brothers must be adopted together. WAG only accepts applications from New Hampshire residents and from residents of communities in Maine, Vermont, and Massachusetts that are on the New Hampshire border.
