Chopper's Story

Meet Chopper! This gentle giant has been in our care since the beginning of summer receiving medical care from our veterinary staff, and he is finally ready for his forever home! Since we have been able to spend so much time with him, we have all fallen in love and have been with him every step of his journey. Chopper is just shy of ninety pounds, and is the sweetest, calmest old man you will ever meet. He would rather lounge around with his people than go on long walks, and he loves the sunshine! Chopper really does become best friends with every human he meets and would make an amazing companion during his golden days. He may do well with other low-energy dogs pending a successful M&G. As an older gentleman Chopper does have some older gentleman ailments, such as being deaf, missing quite a few teeth, and osteoarthritis to name a few. Our team will gladly discuss his medical needs with any potential adopters! Help get this guy a second chance, meet Chopper today! Let him soar right into your heart!

Chopper is getting some TLC in a loving foster home.
