Chocolate's Story
Hi there! My name is Chocolate, and yes, my name is as sweet as my heart. I was named by the kind people at the vet clinic who met me right after I was rescued. Even though I was scared and sick, they said I was so loving and gentle… and just like that, I became Chocolate, a name that, for me, means a brand-new beginning.

My Story
It started out rough. One hot day, I was tied to my owner’s bicycle with a shoestring. I couldn’t breathe, my front paws barely touched the ground, and I felt like I was taking my last breath. I tried to tell him, but he didn’t understand.

Then she appeared, a kind woman who saw me and immediately came to help. She freed me, even paid my owner so she could take me with her. That was the day my life changed… the day I met one of my foster moms.

At first, I was heartbroken. Even though my old owner mistreated me, he had been my family. But soon, I discovered something even better, a real love. I now live with two wonderful foster moms who care for me like I’m their own. I even have a sweet human sister who gives me the most loving kisses.

I’ve learned what a soft bed feels like, what toys are (I love them!), and what homemade chicken tastes like (yum ?). Every day I get to play with my foster siblings, some are big, some are small, and like me, they’re waiting for forever homes. But until then, we’re spoiled with love and care.

I love to run and play, especially with my foster sister, Moom.
I’m super affectionate, cuddles, kisses, and being close to my humans are my favorite things.
I’m fully potty trained, and I love my crate — it’s my cozy safe space where I feel comfortable and secure.

I get a little nervous with car rides (they’re new to me), and things with wheels still scare me a bit… so I just need someone with patience.

I feel safe and happy now, but my foster moms tell me there’s someone special out there just for me. Someone who’s been waiting for a heart like mine.

One of my mommies found an amazing rescue that is helping hundreds and hundreds of doggies like me find their forever homes. They’re changing lives, and guys, I’m so excited because they’re going to change mine too!

Could that be you?
Do you need a loyal, loving soulmate who will adore you every single day?
I’m here, waiting… hoping to write the happy ending to my story with you.

I promise to love you for the rest of my life.
