Little Chloe the Cow is the sweetest little thing. She has two big cow spots on her back. She is outgoing and funny and loves to nibble your feet. IN TRUE HEELER FASHION! She loves to play with other dogs and would do best in a home with other dogs to play with. Chloe the cow loves her food and is a good eater!<br/><br/>Once she is in her furever home, we think she will come out of her shell. Chloe is 23lbs. Momma is 20lbs, so we don't anticipate her getting much bigger!
