Chloe's Story

Adoptable Chiweenie Mix Chloe is 10 years old and 17 pounds. She is truly the definition of a perfect little companion. This sweet girl has an incredible temperament and settles beautifully into home life.

Chloe is friendly, confident, and affectionate – not shy or timid at all. She warms up quickly to new people and dogs and loves being part of the action. She has shown no aggressive behaviors, no signs of anxiety, and does not have separation anxiety. Loud noises don’t bother her either; she remained calm during fireworks on New Year’s Eve and is not afraid of thunder.

She gets along wonderfully with other small dogs and currently lives peacefully with Lily, a Low Rider Dachshund Rescue alum. Chloe has not been around large dogs in her foster home, and her experience with cats is unknown.

Chloe does well with children and has been great with her foster mom’s 10-year-old niece. She would be happiest in a home with kids 12 years and older who can respect her space.

This girl is a dream on a leash and enjoys her walks. She is fully house-trained and does beautifully in her crate – quiet, calm, and content while her foster mom runs errands. Chloe also travels like a pro and truly enjoys car rides.

At home, Chloe is a total love bug and velcro dog. She adores snuggling, belly rubs, and being close to her people. She happily sleeps in the king-sized bed with her foster mom and resident dog, but also uses her dog bed. She has no food or toy aggression and is just an all-around gentle, well-mannered little lady.

Vetting and Medical
In our care, Chloe has received a vet check, vaccines, and is on monthly heartworm preventatives and has been spayed.

Medical Donations
We depend on donations from caring people, like you, to make a difference in the lives of dogs. As an all volunteer organization, you can rest assured that the donations go directly to help the dogs. Thank you!

Adoptable Chiweenie Mix – 10 year old, 17 pounds
Chloe is a beautiful soul with so much love to give. Whoever is lucky enough to adopt her will gain a devoted companion whose only goal is to be by your side and fill your heart with love. Adoption Fee: $200.

If you believe you could provide a safe and loving forever home for this dog, please fill out an application with the dogs’ name on it.

*Be advised, we have a couple of volunteers processing hundreds of applications. We are unable to call everyone back as we do not have ANY employees. Our dedicated volunteers and foster parents will check references of the applications that appear to be a good match. At that time, if you are chosen, we will contact you to arrange a home visit.

The adoption fee helps to cover costs, as each dog is fully vetted, and treated, as needed to prepare them to move forward in their new life.
