Chloe

Chloe is a 1 1/2 year old pit/hound mix that came to our rescue as a cruelty case. She had been neglected very badly. She was emaciated and had skin infections. We were able to nurse her back to health and worked with her to regain her confidence with people again. Chloe is now back to the weight she needs to be. She is currently spayed, up to date on vaccinations, shes heartworm/lymes negative, flea treated, wormed, and microchipped. Chloe does have a condition called diabetes insipidus. Despite its name, it is not related to regular diabetes and is not difficult to control. This is managed completely by one pill a day. Chloe is crate trained, she has been doing well with housebreaking, and she is also working on obedience. She gets along with most dogs, however she does not like cats. Chloe would do best with older children. She is a very sweet dog who has had a terrible life so far. All she wants is love and attention.
