Chiquita IN FOSTER's Story
Chiquita has come so far and went pretty far this weekend to 3 new states. Through her mini adventure on the road and in life, she’s really come out her shell just loving every walk and outing. She’s still wary of too many pets and human touch, but wants to go where you go! She’s more than happy to have you put her harness on because that means walkies!
Chiquita is thought to be a Chihuahua Terrier mix estimated to be about 6 years old at just over 20 pounds with a beautiful curly tail.
This goofy banana would do best with another dog to keep showing her that the hoomans are alright, where to pee, how comfy the sofa is, etc. She does very well pottying outside.
She’s also very happy to snooze on the sofa with a little bit of her tongue almost always hanging out. When it’s time for bed, she comes right upstairs and jumps on up to settle in at the foot of the bed.
And she LOVES food and treats! Nothing wrong with winning over her love with food! Maybe it’s more appropriate to say she’s come out of her banana peel, and she is ready for her furever home!
Chiquita is up to date on shots, spayed, and heartworm negative. You can see more pictures and videos on her foster Instagram page @PawsomeFoster
