Chipper's Story

meet Chipper!

Chipper is a hound rescue alum who we rescued and treated for heartworm several years ago as a stray. His family asked us to help find him a new home due to developing a pet allergy.

Chipper is around 10 years old now and has brought much joy to his foster home! His favorite thing is to be a lap dog - we love a senior snuggle hound!

Chipper is also great with kids, dogs, and other cats. He is potty trained, sleeps through the night, and walks great on the leash.

His bloodwork shows that he is in good health. He does have respiratory allergies that we are treating. He also lost part of his ear a while ago in a coyote attack but is healed now. Poor guy!

Chipper has been on a long journey, and we are so excited for him to find the perfect home for his golden years.
