Chipley is a 2 year old Great Dane. We like to call him Chip! He is fostered in a home with a couple and their 5yr old female Great Dane Millie. Chip has been great with all dogs and humans properly introduced to. He and Millie enjoy each other’s company but also enjoy their time off doing their own thing; so we believe Chip would be fine as a sibling or as an only dog.

Chip is very food motivated and will do anything for a treat! He’s a great eater. The funniest thing about him is when he toots, it surprises him and he hops up and looks around wondering what just came from his booty! Hahaha.

Chip has previously become protective of his human when strangers enter the home, especially when walking in unannounced. As long as guests are properly and calmly introduced into the home, we believe he will do fine with them. Like with all dogs meeting new people in their home; its best to give him a little space and allow them to become comfortable.

Chip is a good time boy and is the life of the party. The only thing bigger than his personality, is his heart! He is a ham for attention and loves to be rubbed on.

Chip is potty trained, crate trained, and a complete joy to live with. He’s is always happy and always down to play. Watch out for your feet when he gets zoomies!!! This boy is a tornado on four paws. Are you ready for a new best friend?
