At just 1 year old, this adorable Chihuahua mix believes snuggling should be an Olympic sport - and he'd absolutely take home the gold.<br/><br/>Chip loves running in the yard & playing with his foster doggy friends and really blossoms with canine companionship. Because of that, he would do best in a home with another dog to help build his confidence and keep him company. <br/>Since he's had a rough start & he lacks confidence, Chip would do best in a home without kids.<br/><br/>When Chip first arrived in the rescue, he was very underweight at just 5 pounds. The good news? He's already gained half a pound and is making great progress!
