China's Story

Are you looking for a quiet girl? If so, China would like to introduce herself. She’s approximately 3 years old and about 50 pounds. Though thanks to her love for food and treats, she could probably benefit from losing a few of those pounds! She’s pretty short and has a unique crooked tail. China adores everyone that she meets. And getting back to that quiet thing - she really doesn’t bark much, if at all. She is house trained and also walks well on a leash.

She pals around with a male dog that is her BFF but no cats for China please.

China was pregnant and wandered onto a property to have her babies. The property owners let her stay until the babies were weaned and then they kept her babies and dumped her. She ended up in the shelter and was pulled out by one of our rescue partners. She is currently in foster in TX but would love to find a forever home. If adopted, she can come to NJ on our next transport.

- Personality: quiet, loving
- Good with: people of all ages (including kids) and dogs.
