Meet Chief!
Meet Chief, a seven month old pup ready for his forever home! Born in his foster home on 2/10/2024 to mom Esme, Chief is a beefy boy at just under 70 lbs. But don’t let his size fool you, he still has that awkward puppy run and sometimes trips over his too big feet- he’s definitely more stocky than tall, which is why he’s earned the nickname Beefs. Chief is working hard on his training to be the best pup he can be, but sometimes he just gets so excited he forgets that all his feets should be on the floor so he’d be best with older children who aren’t knocked down easily.
This beautiful brindle stud muffin is ready to find his forever family to take him on adventures and in return he’ll pay you in kisses, snuggles and lots of laughter. He absolutely loves attention and does well with big groups, so if you’re looking for a dog to take to breweries, football parties or just about anywhere with you, Chief’s your boy!
Chief is available for adoption through Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue based out of Watertown, WI. He is neutered, microchipped, dewormed, UTD on all age appropriate vaccines, and current on flea and tick and heartworm prevention. Adoption fee is $325. To apply, please visit mapawsmepetrescue.com.

Our process is as follows:
1. Review our policies and adoption radius on our website: http://mapawsmepetrescue.com/adopt/
2. Submit an application for review and approval;
3. MPM Rescue reviews application and checks vet records and references;
4. MPM foster contacts approved applicant(s) to arrange a home check and meeting with available dog(s);
5. If there is a good fit, adoption is completed with a contract and fees (payable via check or cash).

Dogs from Ma, Paws & Me Pet Rescue come with the following medical care already provided:
- Spay/Neuter surgery
- Age appropriate vaccinations
- Heartworm test (for dogs over 6mo) and treatment if positive
- Microchip
- Deworming
- Heartworm and Flea/Tick Preventative
- Any other necessary medical treatment as recommended by veterinarian
