Chico's Story
My name is Chico, and I am a Chihuahua. I am about 3 years old and I weigh about 12 lbs. I thought at first, I would rather hang around with men, but after being around the nice women volunteers, I have decided that women are pretty great after all. I really would like to be a house dog, but I would love a fenced yard to run around in some, I just think Chihuahua's were meant to be, mainly, indoor dogs. I enjoy it when the volunteers come in everyday, but I really want them to pay more attention to ME. I guess they have too many other animals to care for. I have already been neutered, I'm up-to-date on routine shots and wormings. I have been on heartworm preventative. Please, the Pound is not a good place for a Chihuahua, so I am waiting anxiously for my new forever family.
