Chicken Tender's Story

Hi, I’m Chicken Tender 🐔💛

I originally came to the shelter on 08-28-2025 as a stray. I spent 143 days here waiting. I just know I’m still waiting.

It’s hard watching the days go by and seeing people pass my kennel without stopping. I hope someone notices my puppy eyes, my little body, and my very big heart. I am sweet. I am gentle. Hi, I’m Chicken Tender 🐔💛

I originally came to the shelter on 08-28-2025 as a stray. I spent 143 days here waiting. One hundred and forty three days of hoping someone would choose me.

Then they did.

I was finally adopted. I thought my wait was over. I thought I had my forever.

But just two weeks later, I was returned through no fault of my own.

And now I’m starting over again.

I don’t understand why I’m back. I just know I’m still waiting.
