Cheyenne's Story
And the video in our message box asking for help showed one, two, three, four, FIVE puppies running from out of a drainage pipe- in the middle of a rural location with no homes around! It was obvious these babies were dumped and so terrified, hoping for someone to help them!

I wish I could explain to these babies that none of this was their fault. They didn't deserve to be abandoned and left in a drain, starved and terrified. But they held on and when I saw how happy they were that someone was getting them I could not turn away. Of course we took them as Diamond Dogs!

All five of these puppies were girls and they were the happiest, easiest, sweetest things! As they waited for our vets office to open on Monday morning they played and lounged happily in the sun with full bellies that they didn't have to struggle for. They relished in the human attention and they all scrambled for it to be their turn to get attention, belly rubs and hugs!

After "The Flower Girls" (all had been named after flowers) were vetted and healthy, off they went to foster homes to learn all about being a family pet while they waited for their family to find them.

Cheyenne (formerly Posey) is being fostered in Woodlyn, PA. She enjoys playtime with her foster sister and has proven to have a wonderful personality that enjoys other canine playmates. She is crate trained, potty trained, learning leash walking as well as a household routine.

Fully vetted, micro chipped, spayed and on preventatives, Violet is ready to go to her own home and begin life as a beloved pet to some lucky family. Could that be yours? If so, you will find an adoption application online at:
https://diamonddogsrescueinc.com
