He is a very sweet puppy who is tiny in body but mighty in spirit! He definitely needs some reassurance as he's always the smallest in the room, but with time, he loves big! He would make an excellent addition to any family who wants a pup ready to spoil! Chester is currently in foster until 9 weeks old where he can be placed in Foster to Adopt. His Mom is Ethel, the father is unknown.
