Chella Bella's Story

Meet the C pups, who were found abandoned on the side of the road in Texas without their mother and are now searching for their happy endings. We believe they are Smooth Fox Terrier and Blue Heeler mixes born approximately on November 15, including Chella Bella, a beautiful tri-color girl weighing approximately 14 pounds. She is not yet spayed and will go home under a foster-to-adopt agreement, which means the adopters and TRACS are co-owners of her until her procedure is completed. We require a refundable $150. spay deposit and provide a $50. voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery. Chella Bella is current on her vaccines and is microchipped. Her adoption fee is $300.
