Chella's Story

Chella is a gorgeous 3-4 year old female German Shepherd dog. She is not for the first time dog owner, but needs some training to blossom into the well balanced dog she can become. However, she is easily trained and wants to impress! Chella is high energy – and always looking for something to do. She is fearless. Chella loves to play fetch and she truly LOVES squeaky toys. Chella is good with other dogs that are laid back but still likes to play. She is crate trained and well house broken. We are working on “nose work” with her and she really enjoys a game of “find it”. She knows some basic obedience, sit, down, paw. We are now working on stay, leave it, etc. We would not recommend her with children or cats. If you are a German Shepherd fan, understand how training can transform a dog – Chella is truly a diamond in the ruff! Her favorite thing... butt scratches!!! She will stand in front of you and groan until you scratch her! She is truly a character!

Some die humanely with lethal injection, some will be thrown into a gas chamber and die a slow, frightening death, some will be shot, or beaten. They will die with a feeling of abandonment, lonesomeness, and fear. Yet, these dogs are real, they are l...
