MEET CHEF! <br/><br/>Chef is an adorable 2-year-old, 8 lb. male Deer Head Chihuahua who came to FLOP after his elderly breeder was no longer able to care for the dogs.<br/><br/>This little guy is friendly, energetic and curious and loves exploring his surroundings. He’s incredibly sweet, but he’s also a bit more timid than some of the others from his situation. He simply hasn’t had much experience with people or life as a beloved pet yet—and we can already see so much potential in him. <br/><br/>Chef does wonderfully with other small dogs and gains confidence from having them around, so another friendly small dog will be REQUIRED in his forever home. A fully fenced yard is also REQUIRED so he has a safe place to explore, play and continue building his confidence.<br/><br/>He is crate trained and working hard on his house-training skills.<br/><br/>Chef may need a little patience while he figures out this whole “being someone’s spoiled little dog” thing, but we have a feeling the family willing to give him that time is going to end up with one incredibly special little guy. <br/><br/>He’s sweet, curious and just waiting for someone to show him how wonderful his new life can be.<br/><br/>Application: https://floprva.org/adoption-application/
