Meet Cheese!<br/><br/>Cheese is a handsome 2–3-year-old boy weighing around 45 pounds with the sweetest personality and an absolutely adorable smile.<br/><br/>Cheese is truly a people dog. He loves to cuddle, loves being close to his humans, and is happiest when he gets to be part of the family. His foster mom describes him as the sweetest boy and says he has been an absolute joy to foster. In fact, they wish they could adopt him themselves, but unfortunately, adding another permanent dog to their family just isn’t possible right now.<br/><br/>Cheese is also dog friendly and genuinely enjoys having canine friends! He loves a kind, social dog who wants to play and spend time with him. He is not dog aggressive or dog reactive. He simply becomes uncomfortable with dogs who are extremely pushy or constantly in his face and don’t respect his space.<br/><br/>Give Cheese a friendly, respectful dog who allows him a little time to get comfortable, and he does wonderfully. Once he knows his new friend, he enjoys playing and hanging out with them — and he seems to have an extra soft spot for the ladies!<br/><br/>Cheese has been through a lot in his young life and has spent far too much time waiting for the opportunity to simply be someone’s beloved dog. Despite his past, he is incredibly affectionate, loving, and eager to be close to his people.<br/><br/>He deserves the things every dog should get to experience: a comfy couch, playtime with canine friends, adventures, cuddles, and a family who loves coming home to him every single day.<br/><br/>Cheese is ready to leave his past behind.<br/><br/>Now he just needs someone to choose him and give him the forever he’s been waiting for.
