Cheerio's Story

Cheerio is ready for his forever foster home! He was diagnosed with moderate to severe pulmonic stenosis (heart murmur grade 5). He is on atenolol, a beta blocker. He will be on the beta blocker for the rest of his life. It is a fairly inexpensive medicine and will cost the adopter around $10-$25/month. He is a very sweet boy and deserves the best! He is looking for a quiet home that isn't very active. He is shy at first and will need a foster that is patient and willing to work with him. His forever foster must also live within 20 miles of Highland Heights, as he has cardiology appointments in the future that the rescue will cover. Cheerio was born on 1/19/2024 and weighs 22 lbs.
