His family is ended up letting him go , as the husband recently suffered a serious head injury and is preparing for surgery, while the wife is balancing everything alone—including caring for their 2-year-old (whom Chato absolutely adored).<br/><br/>We met Chato, and thanks to a kind offer for temporary housing, the family felt safe surrendering him to our rescue. Now, this little guy is ready for the next chapter: a loving foster home—or even better, a foster-to-adopt family.<br/><br/>Chato is friendly, affectionate, and still has that puppy sweetness.
