Since I’ve been in my foster home, something amazing has happened — the drool is gone, my anxiety is low, and I finally feel calm and safe. Outside of the shelter, I’ve done a full 360, and I’m showing everyone the dog I always was underneath all that stress.<br/>I’m a sweet boy who loves affection, quiet moments, and just being near my people. I’m learning how good life can feel in a home, and it turns out I’m pretty great at it. I even share my foster home with cats and do just fine with them! I’m relaxing, cuddling, and soaking up all the love every day.<br/>All I need now is a permanent home of my very own — a place where I can keep feeling safe, loved, and understood. If you’re looking for a gentle heart and a loyal companion, I think we might be perfect for each other. At just around 1–2 years old, he’s still full of youthful enthusiasm and would thrive with an active family who can keep up with his zest for life. Due to his rambunctious nature we do not recommend small kids for Chase. <br/><br/>This handsome guy is very friendly and social, showing positive interest in other dogs. With a bit of extra food and care, he’ll be at a healthy weight in no time. All household members and any resident dogs must be present for the meet and greet! Our adoption fee is $80 and all dogs are fully vetted prior to adoption (routine vaccinations (including rabies), spay/neuter, de-worming, and flea treatment).
