Shelter personnel and volunteers are spending time with her to get her more socialized and comfortable around people. Charm was found on Kincaide Road, Athens. Charm currently weighs 39 pounds. She has been spayed and is now up to date on her shots.<br/><br/>VOLUNTEER NOTES: Charm is a sweet and timid 2-year-old terrier mix. With a beautiful golden-tan coat and alluring eyes, she’s big enough for hikes and able to fit in your backseat. Since Charm has been at the shelter, her self-confidence has improved. She walks and plays well with other dogs (thanks to Bertha and Wilson) and is warming up to more humans. Her ideal adopter could have other dogs to welcome her into the flow of a new home, but not small children who might scare her. <br/><br/>Meeting dogs is by appointment only. Please call the shelter (740/593-5415) to make an appointment. All adopters must bring in kids and other dogs in the household for a meet and greet before adoption.<br/><br/>Adoption fees are $125 ($65 for dogs 7 years old and older) and include dog license, basic vaccinations, heartworm test on adult dogs, and spay or neuter (ARRIVED 10/15/25).
