Charlotte

Poor Charlotte was found wandering the streets and in deplorable condition. She was covered in mats and was so filthy that it literally took 2 days to groom her. Under that mess was a young dog that was just craving attention. Unfortunately her owner was never found and she is looking for her forever home. She is under two years old and a happy and energetic little girl. Charlotte tends to bark when left alone for long periods of time. Living in an apartment would not be a good fit for her. An adoption to NYC 5 boroughs and Long Island only please.
