She came to us underweight, but now at 38 lbs she’s thriving, confident, and so deserving of a safe and loving place to enjoy her golden years.<br/><br/>This gentle girl has the kindest temperament, walks beautifully on a harness, and even gets along with our clinic cat! Charlotte is spayed, up to date on her rabies vaccine, and is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm. She’s in great spirits and doing well, and we’re happy to discuss any ongoing medical needs with interested adopters.<br/><br/>Charlotte would do best in a calm, low-maintenance home where she can soak up love and companionship. Additionally, medical tests—though highly reliable—can occasionally yield false negatives. Unexpected health issues may arise, either before or after adoption, but thanks to our thorough vetting process, the likelihood of a long and healthy life is very high.<br/><br/>Additional adoption details:<br/><br/>Transportation fees, if applicable, vary based on distance and expenses.<br/>Home checks may be conducted.<br/>Our standard tax-deductible adoption donation is $100.<br/>For special breeds, uniquely colored, or exceptionally adorable rescues, we may request a higher donation to help cover vet expenses.<br/><br/>Can't adopt?
