Thank you!** <br/><br/>Meet Charlotte - an 9 month old Black Lab mix gal who weighs 40 pounds at the time of this posting on 6/4/25.<br/><br/>This poor girl was living in bushes at a state park with her brother. She is very friendly, energetic and playful. She is a little ball of fire ready to go! She would be great with a person/family that does a lot of hiking or is a runner - as she loves a lot of exercise. She would make a great companion for any outdoor activities. She is good with other dogs but does prefer to the be the one to structure the play. She doesn't have a mean bone in her body - just prefers to be the teacher than the student with other pups :). We haven't seen her around kids in rescue but she is so friendly we are guessing she will be just fine. She is a great gal with a wonderful personality who is ready and deserving of a family to love her forever!<br/><br/>All dogs are up to date on vaccinations and spayed/neutered at the time of adoption. The dogs are usually mixes of many breeds, making them a breed all their own - a True and adorable American MUTT. If you are interested in this dog, you must submit an application. Great Dog is not a shelter so there is no building you can visit. Our dogs live in private foster homes until adopted.
