Charlie - Located in MN

#MADloveCharmingCharlie is one of the most resilient dogs in MAD. Found on a street in Georgia, then tied to a tree, he ended up at Animal Control. The team rallied and got him out, moving him to MO where he underwent HW treatement. He then moved to MN where he will receive further treatment (eye care, neuter, dental work). Despite all of the changes and challenges, Charlie continues to show his fosters how amazing he is! He has gotten along swimmingly with all resident pups, people, and even the resident young kids! Charlie loves to give hugs and be loved on and has retained a playful demeanor!<br/><br/>Charlie is complete with his HW treatement and we are hopeful his next test comes back negative. While he is mostly blind and has bad teeth, Charlie continues to show that will not stop him from living his best life!<br/><br/>We are learning new things about him daily!
