He spent several weeks abandoned on the streets, with many people trying to chase him down to catch him. Because of that, he can be a little shy and unsure at first. New people and situations may take him a little time — but once Charlie realizes he is safe, his gentle and loving personality begins to shine.<br/><br/>This boy is very smart, incredibly sweet, and just wants to feel secure again.
