Meet Charlie! This adorable 3-year-old Toy Poodle mix weighs just 9 pounds and is as charming as he is cute. Charlie is a sweet, quiet little guy who gets along well with other small dogs and is just beginning to learn the ropes of leash walking. He rarely barks, but when he does, it comes out as a comical little howl that’s sure to make you smile. Charlie has some itchy skin that’s being treated and will be recovering from surgery for a luxating patella, but he’s on his way to feeling much better. The first step is to fill out an adoption application.
