He's a very sweet black and brown brindle male, and a little older than the staffies we normally see in the shelter. He is about 6 years old and very well behaved. He doesn't jump up or bark, and is very calm and affectionate. He used to live with a young and excitable female dog, and adored her, so he would probably enjoy being in a new home where he had another doggy companion. He is perfectly housetrained and walks very nicely on a leash. Volunteers always comment on what a good dog he is to take out! He hasn't reacted to any of the small animals he has seen, so he would most likely be fine in a home with cats, and he loves children just as much as any other people. Charlie is a very well rounded gentleman and will make a great companion for either a family or a single person!
