Charlie Chip's Story

Meet the C pups, who were found abandoned on the side of the road in Texas without their mother and are now searching for their happy endings. We believe they are Smooth Fox Terrier and Blue Heeler mixes born approximately on November 15, including Charlie Chip, a beautiful tri-color boy weighing approximately 14 pounds. He is not yet neutered and will go home under a foster-to-adopt agreement, which means the adopters and TRACS are co-owners of him until his procedure is completed. We require a refundable $150. neuter deposit and provide a $50. voucher to help cover the cost of the surgery. Charlie Chip is current on his vaccines and is microchipped. His adoption fee is $300.
