This is Charlie Brown.<br/><br/>Straight from Tennessee, this adorable crew came to the shelter with their momma, and thanks to Fetching Hearts Rescue, the whole family was pulled to safety. Now, these sweet pups are ready to find their forever homes!<br/><br/>About Mom & Heritage<br/>- Mom is believed to be a shepherd/corgi mix, weighing around 45–50 lbs.<br/>- Dad’s breed is unknown, but we hope these babies grow to be similar in size to their mom.<br/><br/>Personality & Playfulness<br/>- Super loving, cuddly, and happiest when snuggled up with you.<br/>- Enjoy romping around with their littermates and exploring the world.<br/>- Mischievous little explorers who love to get into things they shouldn’t—typical curious puppies!<br/>- Favorite activities: chewing on marrow bones, playing with toys, and keeping busy.<br/><br/>Puppy Shark Alert!<br/>Their tiny teeth are sharp, so watch your hands, toes, and arms. They’re harmless little “baby sharks,” but they do love to nibble while they’re learning.<br/><br/>Not Holiday Gifts<br/>These puppies will not be adopted out as holiday presents. They are living beings who require:<br/>- Consistent training and socialization<br/>- Supervision (puppies must be watched at all times!)<br/>- Feeding three times a day<br/>- Potty breaks every 2 hours tops<br/>- Lots of dedication, commitment, and patience<br/><br/>Training Commitment<br/>We are very protective of our puppies. Proof of enrollment in training classes will be required as they grow.<br/><br/>The Perfect Family<br/>If you’re looking for more than just a pet—if you’re ready to welcome a family member into your life for fun, love, and adventure—then the Charlie Brown litter is waiting for you!<br/><br/>If interested in Charlie Brown, please apply online: ADOPTION APPLICATION or email us at Info.FetchingHeartsRescue@gmail.com.<br/><br/>Unless otherwise indicated, all dogs adopted through Fetching Hearts have received the following before being available for adoption:<br/><br/>Thorough veterinary examination.<br/>All routine annual vaccinations, including<br/>Rabies, DHLPP<br/>Bordatella (Kennel Cough)<br/>Heartworm Test<br/>Fecal Test, Deworming<br/>Microchip<br/>Flea and Tick Prevention<br/>Heartworm Prevention.<br/>Spay/Neuter<br/>All dogs are quarantined for two weeks outside of the shelter (puppies four weeks) to ensure they don't break with disease.<br/><br/>VETTING NOTE: Fetching Hearts Rescue completely vets our dogs thoroughly to the best of our knowledge based on communication with our Southern Vets. If anything is brought to our attention, we treat the dog. After adopting the dog, you will be responsible for following up with all vetting going forward.<br/><br/>HEARTWORM NOTE: Dogs who were treated for Heartworm can test positive up to 4-6 months after last treatment. All dogs are immediately put on Heartguard/Ivermectin following the treatment to kill the Heartworm larvae. All dogs should be re-tested after 5-6 months from the last Heartworm treatment.
