Rescued from the Queens ACC after being found tied outside in the snow, he came to us with the shelter name Eyvindr—but to us, he’s simply Charlie.<br/><br/>At under 2 years old, Charlie still has so much to learn and give. What he really needs right now is a dedicated foster or adopter who can continue working with him so he can thrive.<br/><br/>Charlie is a stunning, lovable boy who shines with structure and guidance. He does best with older kids and can feel uneasy around younger ones. He’ll need someone patient but firm, who can set boundaries and help him with impulse control.<br/><br/>He can be protective of his belongings, so that requires gentle management—but Charlie also has a wonderful social side! He’s playful, enjoys doggy friends, and loves being part of the action.<br/><br/>? Gorgeous<br/>? Young & eager to learn<br/>?
