Charlie's Story

This 7 year old Lab mix is 56lbs of pure sweetness with a side of sass. She's spayed, up to date
on vaccines, and ready to move in. She loves people, lives for attention, and believes car rides
are a basic human (and dog) right. Treats are her love language and yes, her hydrolyzed treats
still earn full tail wag approval.
She's got a few mysterious allergies that are still under investigation. Luckily, hydrolyzed treats
work like a charm, so she can keep enjoying training, snacks, and all the good stuff without any
drama.

She's kennel trained and knows her crate is her VIP lounge, especially at mealtime. She prefers
to dine without other pets staring at her plate, which is easily handled by feeding her in her
kennel (honestly, same). She's a professional cuddler, enthusiastic toy collector, and currently
on a gentle “summer bod” journey with her fosters helping her lose a little extra fluff.
She can do well with other dogs, but she likes her introductions slow and polite. Meeting new
dogs on a calm walk outside is her ideal setup. Surprise indoor meet and greets or rushed
hellos can be overwhelming, so a little structure goes a long way in setting her up for success.
She does live with a cat right now, but for everyone's sanity, a cat free home may be her best
match.

On walks, she's a dream in a harness and struts like she knows she's cute. Walking on a collar
still needs some polishing, but she's trying her best.
If you're looking for a funny, loving, people obsessed dog who will ride shotgun and steal your
heart she's your girl!

If interested please fill out a statement of interest on our website.
