Meet loveable little Charlie.<br/><br/>Charlie is a male white and cream-colored chihuahua ready to find his forever home. Charlie is 15 years old and weighs nine pounds. Charlie came into rescue because his daddy passed away. He was loved and cared for very well throughout his life. <br/><br/>Don’t let Charlie’s age scare you away! His health is excellent for his age. Though he is deaf, he responds very well to hand signals. He is on a small pain medication twice a day for arthritis that is common for senior dogs like Charlie.<br/><br/>Charlie’s foster mom says his behavior is impeccable! He is housetrained and can potty outdoors or on pee pads. Charlie does prefer a male human (probably because his former owner was a male) but also likes his foster mom.<br/><br/>Charlie is neutered and has had a dental. He is fully vetted and up to date on vaccinations. They must also be up-to-date on shots and on HW preventative.<br/><br/>Reference checks and a home visit are required so SE dogs can only be adopted in NC/SC, VA, TN, AL, MD and GA.
