Charlie's Story

Charlie came in with Bruno under investigation, he was emaciated but no where near to the severity of Bruno. Charlie is energetic and outgoing! He loves to go on walks and explore new things. And craves attention! He however does need continued work on patience, for he has a tendency at times to have no self control.
