Charles's Story
When one of our rescue partners asked if we could commit to taking these two boys if they could find a southern foster to get them out of the kill shelter.... How could we say no???
Well, they are OUT & SAFE! But are now ready for their forever homes! They are UTD on vaccines, dewormed, neutered, and HW negative. Great with other dogs, and children!
Vinny & Charles would LOVE to find their homes before the holidays! They are not siblings, but LOVE each other so much... (videos in comments!) They are the perfect medium-sized dogs. They're currently estimated to be around 7 months old, and around 15-20 lbs.
Videos in comments of these sweet sweet boys!!! They are so gentle! ??
They will be arriving in Rhode Island on Sunday, December 4th.
Adoption application: https://forms.gle/ji2uESdMDCnhxJzA7
From their KY foster mom: "Neither is completely house trained although they are doing great! They follow the other dogs outside the doggie door.
both walk on leashes very well but Charles is easily distracted and wants to play with anything anybody !! if he sees a leaf blowing- oh that looks like a potential playmate lol
Neither stays in the crate while at work because they aren’t destructive. At night I leave the crate door open and they both start off in their crates and end up in my bedroom by morning. Lol
Both like to play with other dogs, Charles slightly more-shocker!
Either one is a good choice for children. The neighborhood kids greet us when walking and both get excited -tails wagging ..Vinny is great but a little more nervous -then joins in the petting fest!
These are great little dogs who are eager to please but just need someone to show them what is excepted.
They are both around 7 months but Charles may be a little older-??"
