Charles is a PAL. <br/><br/>He's a 7yr old 60lb shep mix, initially a shy and standoffish in the shelter, but with the help of volunteer friends, he became a pretty big pile of mush. Charles enjoys affection, and with a face like that...hard to resist. <br/><br/>Charles has been in a foster home, where he enjoys napping in the sun, going for long walks, and hanging around his people and foster sister. Charles is tolerant of other dogs, house-trained, crate trained and is overall just a nice, chappy guy.
