Charlee is looking for a calm quiet home to rest her weary head. After years of living in chaos and instability she craves a home with routine she can depend on. Charlee is 5.5 yrs old, spayed female, pit bull who would excel in an adult-only home as an only pet or with a calm friendly dog her size. She is currently living well with another dog after a few weeks of slow integration to build trust, so if you are willing to give her time, she does have the potential to do well with the right dog. She is house trained to a fault and has had no accidents in her foster home. She can be untrusting of some new people initially, but warms up with time, treats and back scratches her personal favorite! She has learned to accept the crate at night, but would love someone to be with her during the day as it is not her favorite place to be. She loves to go for car rides and will gladly take the seat as your trsuted co-pilot. She is a huge snuggle bug and loves tennis ball, tug o war, and to pick apart stuffed toys. She enjoys going for walks unless it is super cold outside. She is very smart and is picking up on commands very well.
